SALINE WATER CONVERSION CORPORATION

SWCC is a Saudi government corporation responsible for desalinating sea water, in order to augment the supply of potable water to coastal and inland cities in the Kingdom. SWCC is also the second largest electric power producer in the Kingdom.


THE SAUDI FUND FOR DEVELOPMENT

The basic objectives of the fund are to participate in financing of development projects in developing countries through granting of loans to said countries and to encourage national non-crude-oil exports by providing finance and insurance in support of such exports


GENERAL INTELLIGENCE PRESIDENCY

GIP is one of the security apparatuses in Saudi Arabia that aims first and foremost to provide security and stability, and to work towards preserving the gains of the homeland inside and outside the kingdom. NATIONAL INFORMATION CENTER (NIC) – YEMEN

The National Information Center (NIC) aims to establish, develop and manage a comprehensive national information system connecting the information centers in different sectors and coordinate between them within a national network through which data and information are provided to different sectors, the concerned persons and decision makers to assist the preparation, execution, follow-up, evaluation and development of plans, programs and policies in various fields to raise the standard of administrative, organizational, scientific and productive activities efficiency and efficacy of different kinds and fields in the Yemeni Republic.


E-GOVERNMENT PROGRAM - YESSER

In order to drive Saudi Arabia's e-government initiative forward, YESSER program has developed the first National e-Government Strategy and Action Plan which is to be implemented within the next five years. The vision for Saudi Arabia's e-government initiative is user-centric and focuses on a number of aspects which all revolve around the central notion already mentioned, i.e., providing better government services to the user. As mentioned before, users are understood here as individuals (citizens and expatriates), businesses and government agencies. The user-centric vision for Saudi Arabia's e-government initiative is summarized by the following vision statement: 


ROYAL SAUDI NAVAL FORCES (RSNF)

The Royal Saudi Navy is the Naval force of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Royal Saudi Navy is sometimes referred to as the RSNF (Royal Saudi Naval Forces). The Navy has about 12,000 officers and men, including 1200 Marines. The Naval headquarters is in Riyadh. The Western Fleet is based in the Red Sea with the main base at Jeddah. The Eastern Fleet is based in the Arab Gulf with the headquarters at Jubail. Other naval facilities were located at Yanbu, Dammam, and Ras al Mishab.


RIYADH MUNICIPALITY

Riyadh city is divided into 15 municipal districts, managed by Riyadh Municipality headed by the mayor of Riyadh, and the Riyadh Development Authority, chaired by the Governor of Riyadh Province, Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz. The current mayor of Riyadh is Abdul Aziz ibn Ayyaf Al Migrin, appointed in 1998.


MINISTRY OF MUNICIPAL AND RURAL AFFAIRS (MOMRA)

MOMRA’s activities include planning cities, villages and residential areas, managing civic services, cultivating and improving rural areas etc; based in Riyadh.


MINISTRY OF WATER AND ELECTRICITY (MOWE) - SAUDI ARABIA

Development of water and energy projects; establishment of water and sewage networks; regulations to preserve water, license digging of wells.


MINISTRY OF HEALTH (MOH) SAUDI ARABIA

The MOH Vision is to realize health in its comprehensive concept at all levels for individuals, families, and the society, together with working in cooperation and coordination with service providers from both public and private sectors to assist the elderly and those of special needs in a way as to enable them to accommodate with their health situations.


MINISTRY OF INTERIOR (MOI) - SAUDI ARABIA

The Ministry of Interior (MOI) bears the responsibility to serve the citizens and residents, achieving security, stability, and tranquility on the ground. The history and formation of the MOI and its various sectors passed through phases of administrative development and steady organization. 


JEDDAH MUNICIPALITY

Jeddah Municipality (also called Amana Mohafeza Jeddah or Baladiyah ) is the headquarters of the Metropolitan area of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

COUNCIL OF SAUDI CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE (CSCC)

The Council cooperates closely with the Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry and assists in the protection, preservation and development of the business sector in the Saudi Arabia. It acts as a leading partner in the nation’s development process, and helps preserve its human and financial resources as per the Islamic values.


MINISTRY OF ISLAMIC AFFAIRS (MOIA) - SAUDI ARABIA

The Ministry is responsible for Islamic affairs other than the Hajj. Included in its remit are the building and maintenance of Mosques throughout the Kingdom, as well as the administration of land held by religious trust


MINISTRY OF FINANCE (MOF) - SAUDI ARABIA

The function of the Ministry of Finance is to manage all government finance, including the budgeting and expenditure of all ministries and government agencies, and to control national economic growth. Its responsibilities include the administration of Zakat, income tax and customs duties.


PUBLIC PENSION AGENCY (PPA)

PPA established under the name of "Retirement Pension Directorate" on 1378 H corresponding to 1958 G under Article #8 of Pension Law issued at the same year. The first Pension Law in KSA issued on 1364H. The Law issued on 1364H and 1378H covers military and civilian services while later Laws were specific for one service.
All schemes covers Saudi employees only who occupy a job in the state budget or public institutions budgets in which the employees are subject to pension scheme.


INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH IN THE DRY AREAS (ICARDA)

Established in 1977, the International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas (ICARDA) is one of the 15 centers strategically located all over the world and supported by the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR). With its main research station and offices based in Aleppo, Syria, ICARDA works through a network of partnerships with national, regional and international institutions, universities, non-governmental organizations and ministries in the developing world; and with advanced research institutes in industrialized countries.
Royal Commission of Jubail

On 21 September 1975, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) was established as an autonomous organization of the Saudi Government. The Commission is governed by a Board of Directors and its Chairman reports to the Council of Ministers. The Chairman's office in Riyadh formulates the policies and oversees them besides implementing the same through the two Directorate Generals, one each for the cities of Jubail and Yanb
