MIS STORY

MIS’ beginnings started when my late brother, Mohammed Al Moammar, started a project to empower local businesses who lacked their own systems by offering them vital IT solutions in the form of time sharing slots of the high-end computer workstation he provided. Today, we would consider this similar to cloud services.
During this time, I completed an Engineering Bachelor’s Degree in America. I returned from the states brimming with a dream to transfer all of the advanced technologies I saw there to Saudi Arabia, which was in the process of laying its foundations through the implementation of massive projects.
Eventually, our clients’ needs to have their own computing capabilities increased to the point of them inquiring about installing local hardware and software systems at their premises. The original time sharing service project thus evolved into a comprehensive system integrator delivering turn-key solutions to the Saudi market.
After decades of dedication and hard work, I can proudly say that MIS is one of the most reliable IT providers in the Kingdom. This makes me proud as it is clear that MIS has played a significant role in the development and prosperity of my beloved land.
I believe that we are now ready to use all the unrivalled knowledge we have gathered over the past few decades in Saudi Arabia to become a global system integrator, empowering the region›s economy with innovation and creativity.
