Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) is aiming to capture a 20% market share in data center development across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, revealing that the value of its ongoing projects reached SAR 10 billion prior to signing its latest contract with “HUMAIN.”

The company expects major revenue surges exceeding 50% over the next three years, driven by the “Data Centers” and “Facilities Management” business segments, which are projected to account for 50% to 60% of total future revenues.

MIS emphasized that Saudi Arabia possesses a supportive regulatory framework and robust infrastructure that attract global AI leaders and enable the Kingdom to secure a prominent share on the global stage. The company noted that global spending on artificial intelligence remains in its early stages and continues to expand without having peaked, stating: “The AI revolution is real, not a bubble, and it will create winners and losers just like the internet boom.”

On August 25, MIS entered into a 5-year contract to deliver data center hosting services to the Future Artificial Intelligence Company (HUMAIN).

In a regulatory filing on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), the company indicated that the value of this contract exceeds 30% of its total revenue for FY 2025 (inclusive of VAT). The financial impact of the contract is expected to take effect starting in the third quarter of 2026 and extend through the third quarter of 2031.
