Four decades of regional trust paired with technology-built AI-native from the first line of code: a combination no competitor in the Kingdom currently offers. The partnership targets retail banks, wealth managers and private banks across Saudi Arabia.

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, September 2nd , 2026. Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) today announced a strategic partnership with QINV that places an AI-native investment platform directly into the hands of Saudi Arabia’s financial institutions. The partnership pairs MIS’s four decades of regional relationships with QINV’s proprietary technology, a combination no competitor in the Kingdom currently offers, and targets institutions that collectively hold more than SAR 2 trillion in banking and wealth assets, alongside the substantial pool of capital sitting uninvested in current accounts across the Kingdom.

The partnership moves on two fronts. For retail and challenger banks, MIS and QINV deliver fully branded, white-label AI investment products that launch without replacing the bank’s core systems, in a fraction of the time a core platform build demands. For wealth managers, family offices and private banks, the partnership provides a complete operating system that automates portfolio management, compliance and client reporting end to end. QINV’s platform is modular: institutions adopt only the components they need. It runs on an architecture that puts hundreds of specialized AI agents to work behind each client relationship.

QINV provides the technology layer. All regulated activities remain with the client institution and are conducted under its own CMA and SAMA authorizations: the bank or manager keeps its regulatory perimeter, its brand and its client relationship.

Under the partnership, MIS will lead distribution to financial institutions across the Kingdom, combining QINV’s platform with its own cloud and cybersecurity infrastructure. First deployments are expected in the coming months.

The partnership directly supports Vision 2030’s Financial Sector Development Program, which calls for a more diversified, technologically advanced financial sector and broader financial inclusion. By extending sophisticated investment tools beyond the ultra-high-net-worth segment to the Kingdom’s retail and mass-affluent population, MIS and QINV equip local institutions with AI-native infrastructure built for the next stage of Saudi Arabia’s digital economy. Saudi consumers have moved to digital financial services at an exceptional pace, and institutions that move early stand to build lasting loyalty in a market that rewards innovation.

“MIS has spent four decades earning the trust of the Kingdom’s leading financial institutions. That trust cannot be bought, it has to be built relationship by relationship,” said Dr. Abdullah AlGhamdi, CEO of MIS. “QINV brings a platform that is genuinely AI-native, not a legacy system with AI features added on. Together we can offer Saudi Arabia’s financial institutions a combination of credibility and capability that does not otherwise exist in this market.”

“MIS’s network gives us something technology alone cannot: the in-market trust of the institutions we want to serve,” said Max Schoppen, Co-CEO of QINV. “Together we’re bringing state-of-the-art technology to the Kingdom’s financial institutions, pushing them ahead of global challenger offerings, and opening sophisticated investing to every client segment.”
